Katrina Rasbold was raised in the hills of Kentucky in a loving and quite rural family. She began her magical studies in the Marianas Islands in 1978 and her avid fascination with all things spiritual took her around the world until she settled in Northern California in 1997. Prior to this, she practiced in the United Kingdom and throughout the United States.
She served as a Wiccan High Priestess and led a coven from 1991-1997. In 1996, she met her magical partner, Eric, and they developed the CUSP (Climbing Up the Spiral Pathway) spiritual path starting in 1997. After their marriage in 1997, they worked extensively within the Sacramento Pagan community, leading public rituals, serving on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Pagan Pride Harvest Festival and the Sacramento Celtic Faery Festival. In 2015, they were founding creators of the PanGaia Festival in Fair Oaks, California.
Katrina lectured throughout California, teach both intimate groups and packed convention halls. She presented at Pantheacon in San Jose, California for many years.
In 2013, Katrina published her first book, Energy Magic, which she co-authored with Eric. Energy Magic was a #1 best seller on Amazon.com for nine week in the category of Neopaganism. That same year, Katrina published twelve additional books. In 2017, Katrina contracted with Llewellyn Worldwide Publishers and wrote Crossroads of Conjure. She published two additional books with Llewellyn. She now has thirty-six books in publication, including the Seven Sisters of Avalon novel series. You can find her books at her Amazon Author Page.
Eric and Katrina founded Two Sisters Botanica in Roseville, California in 2014, which was the start of her offering handmade magical items and professional services as a Witch to the public. During her time at Two Sisters Botanica, Katrina was honored to apprentice with the finest brujas, brujos, curanderas, and Conjure women in the area. Her immersive studies into folk magic, drawing from her experiences growing up and all she learned from the practitioners who taught her, led her to write Crossroads of Conjure.
In 2019, Katrina and Eric opened Crossroads Metaphysical Store in Shingle Springs, California, creating the metaphysical store they always wanted to visit. In 2022, Eric and Katrina retired from public service and took Crossroads Occult to online status only, where you can find the same quality magical services and products they offered at Crossroads, except by remote practice and mail order.
Eric and Katrina live in a remote sanctuary in the forests of El Dorado County.
